Fresh 2022 Products with the Latest Harvest
Rooted in a good 2021-2022 harvest season from our partner farms and agricultural processors in Provence, Proscien produced fresh batches of our comprehensive beauty care products using the latest available raw materials. We are bringing fresh beauty ingredients from farm to face.
We refreshed our key product offerings in our four technology lines:
- Prolive® multifunctional emulsifying, structuring, and emolliency technologies based on Nyons olive chemistry.
- ProSenteur® emollient butters encapsulating the latest aromas from Provence. We extended our ProSenteur® offerings to 17 during this production season.
- ProShield® sun protection technology providing easily achievable, uniform, and homogeneous coverage over skin surfaces, thereby maximizing sun protection factors with the optimum use of sun care actives.
- ProActive® comprehensive beauty actives: sustainably harnessed from the latest harvests in the fields and efficaciously delivered to your skin with our patent-pending technology.
In particular, the newly developed ProActive® Tanche perfectly illustrates our sustainability approach. ProActive® Tanche is produced from Nyons Tanche AOP olive fruit water using our most modern engineering process. Organically farmed local olives harvested between December 2021 and January 2022 were processed for the highest quality of olive oil, and the fruit water was collected as the raw material for ProActive® Tanche. In addition to collecting the valuable active molecules, our process significantly reduced the environmental burdens associated with the discharging of local olive mill water. This type of upcycling that benefits our local ecosystem motivates our research and development efforts.
Applying a similar sustainability methodology, we produced the latest ProActive® Rosé from Nyons organic AOP grapes harvested in October 2021. Winery pomace created in November during the fermentation of these grapes was subjected to our patent-pending extraction technology to produce fresh ProActive® Rosé.
